We are hiring: Project Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Rostock | Permanent | Full-time | Remuneration based on TVöD E11

Start: from October 15, 2025

The Department of Biological Oceanography at the Leibniz Institute for Baltic Sea Research Warnemünde (IOW) is offering a Ph.D. position

within the Collaborative Research Centre “Carbon Sequestration at Å resolution
(CONCENTRATE)”, subject to the funding of the project.
The fixed-term position will start at the earliest date possible (preferably in Oct 2025)
and continue for 45 months (until 30 June 2029 at the latest). Remuneration is paid
according to the Public Sector Collective Agreement (TV-L EG 13, 65% 26 h/week).

Surveying technician (m/f/d) in the field of engineering surveying

Your new job: Precision and responsibility in exciting projects We are looking for a motivated surveying technician or engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in the field of engineering surveying.

 

- Carrying out surveying work in the office and in the field

- Support in the planning and execution of engineering surveys

(road, bridge, building construction, water projects)

- Creation and processing of measurement data using modern surveying technologies

(GNSS, tachymetry, 3D laser scanning)

Surveying technician with focus on water measurement (m/f/x)

Carrying out precise surveys of riverbeds and bank areas using the latest surveying technology
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement projects in the field of hydraulic engineering and environmental protection.
 
Location: Stendal, some field work mainly in the Federal Republic of Germany
Employment: full-time, permanent
